As the founder of Hope's Crossing, a nonprofit organization she has led for more than 15 years, Laura understands firsthand the challenges of nonprofit leadership, from funding and board engagement to operational effectiveness, organizational capacity, and sustainability. She is passionate about equipping nonprofit leaders with practical strategies to strengthen their organizations and maximize community impact.
As the founder of Bulluck Consulting Enterprises and the Nonprofit Strategy Collective, Laura works with nonprofit founders, Executive Directors, and organizational leaders through strategic planning, leadership development, board retreats, and organizational consulting.
